An agreement has been reached with the Croisette Beach Hotel and the Grand Hotel, two 4 stars Hotels in downtown Cannes. The negotiated price for participants to the DDA meeting is 135EUR/night in single occupancy and 168EUR/night/room in double occupancy. These prices are valid from the weekend before the meeting to the weekend after the meeting, for participants desiring to spend a longer time in Cannes. They include continental breakfast and taxes. After January 20, 2004 room availability at the negotiated prices is not guaranteed.

For rooms shared by two colleagues, the Hotels will issue a bill of 84EUR/night/person. For rooms shared with an accompanying person, the Hotels will issue a bill of 135EUR/night for the participant at the DDA meeting and 35EUR/night for the accompanying person.

The reservation of the room is done on an individual basis by fax, using the reservation form (.doc, .pdf).
As standard practice in Europe, upon reservation, on January 20, 2004, the Hotel will charge the cost of one night. Please read attentively the cancellation policy reported in the reservation form.

Participants may of course choose to lodge in a different hotel. Several hotels can be found in Cannes through travel agencies and websites.
