The meeting is organized in the auditorium Espace Miramar, in the heart of Cannes, at the intersection of rue Pasteur with the famous Croisette.  The auditorium can accomodate 380 persons and will be equipped with both an overhead projector and a LCD projector for computer assisted presentations. Laptops running both Windows 2000 and Suse Linux will be available for speakers wishing to bring their presentations on CDrom. Speakers have the possibility to connect their own laptop to the projector, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

Registration, welcome cocktail, internet room and poster sessions will be in the  Croisette Beach Hotel, 13 rue du Canada.
The internet  room will be equipped with 5 computers and a few ports for wireless connections. Several Internet cafes are also disseminated throughout downtown Cannes. The preferred format for posters is vertical A0.

Lunches and coffee breaks will be at Calao Beach, the private beach of the Croisette Beach Hotel, just across the Croisette avenue relative to Espace Miramar.

Busses for the tour to the Nice Observatory and the village of Eze will departure on April 20, at 2.15 P.M. at the entrance of the Croisette Beach Hotel.

A closing banquet is offered on April 23, at 7.45 P.M.,  in the classic French cuisine restaurant Gaston et Gastonette, 7 quais St. Pierre.
