The deadline for abstract submission and registration is March 15. After this date abstracts cannot be submitted through the AAS Executive Office using the link below. Late abstracts will be accepted at the discretion of Phil Nicholson, Chair of Program Commmittee, and should be submitted by email to him. Late registrations will be charged 30 USD more.

Note concerning guests: Guest
can register to the meeting, paying a fee of 195 USD which covers coffee
breaks and lunches on April 20 to 23 included. Guests not wishing to take
lunches with the meeting attendees do not need to register and pay the
fee. Guests wishing to take only one or a few lunches do not need
to register as well, but should book their lunches (29Eu/lunch) directly,
using the hotel reservation form (.doc,
.pdf),
before April 1st. All guests (registered or unregistered) can participate
for free to the social tour to the Nice Observatory and the village of
Eze, and can attend the banquet (65 USD). To help the local organization,
meeting attendees should not forget to indicate in their registration form
the number of unregistered guests taking part to the social tour and the
banquet.
