PLEASE complete this checklist before submitting your camera-ready manuscript.
Only submityour manuscript when all questions can be answered with yes.  
Thank you for your cooperation.

Your manuscript has to be forwarded to the Editor of the volume, Dr.
U. Frisch, assisted by Mrs. V. Cheron.  They have instructed you on
what procedure to follow.  When you are in doubt, please contact them.

PLEASE NOTE when sending the manuscript it should be marked 
"Printed matter - noncommercial value".  
Also, insuring the packet leads to delays at customs.  If possible use an
express courier service - this minimizes the transit time.

 O    O   Have you read and followed the Publishers typing instructions 
          before preparing your manuscript?

 O    O   Did you type single spaced (except when you are using mathematical 
	  formulas or equations)?
 
 O    O   Is there an even number of pages (when in doubt over the amount 
	  of pages your contribution should contain, please contact the Editor).

 O    O   Are your manuscript pages numbered in pencil in the right/hand 
	  top corner? (This is not necessary if such numbers appear already,
          generated by the wordprocessing system, e.g. with Kluwer/LATEX style.)
 
 O    O   Headings have not been underlined and are in bold and in upper 
	  and lower case letters.  Second order headings are in small typeface.
 
 O    O   When you are using 12 points times roman characters for basic 
	  plain text, is your type area (excl. page numbers and running heads)
          15x21.5cm?

 O    O   When you are using 10 points times roman characters for basic 
	  plain text, is your type area (excl. page numbers and running heads)
          12.5x19cm?

 O    O   Have you mounted your figures properly in the manuscript, 
          using good quality paste or gum (not adhesive tape)?

 O    O   Have the figures been applied in a neatly centred manner?
 
 O    O   Do the titles of the sections in the table of contents match 
	  those in the text?
 
 O    O   Is the numbering of sections and subsections correct and 
	  consistent (i.e. in the right order and sequence)?         

 O    O   Are the references in the text also present in the list of 
	  references and vice versa?

 O    O   Is the reference style consistent?

 O    O   Do the numbers for figures/tables/equations match with the text?

 O    O   Is the numbering of figures/tables/equations correct and 
	  consistent (i.e. in the right order and sequence)?

 O    O   At the back of each original figure, its figure number and author 
	  name is indicated (in case it falls loose)?

 O    O   Is the smallest alphanumerical detail on each figure still readable, 
	  i.e. will it stand reproduction?  And, likewise so for 
	  the lines of the figures.
 
 O    O   If photographs are included, are they black and white, glossy, 
	  originals (no photocopies of pictures)?  (Colour is not available.)
 
 O    O   Do you have a copy of the manuscript for yourself?

 O    O   Have you signed and returned your 'Consent-to-Publish' form to 
	  the editor of the volume.
 
 O    O   Add a separate sheet of paper with details of full name, address, 
	  telephone, fax and e-mail number(s).

 O    O   Is your manuscript now complete (i.e. all the relevant photographs, 
	  figures etc.) and ready for printing?
