"Introduction à l'Astronomie" is a primer course (in French) for Master-1 students in geology. It corresponds to a series of lectures I have been giving since 1999 at the University of Nice and Sophia-Antipolis (UNSA). It is of course not intended to be a thorough and detailed presentation of the 'state-of-the-art' in any domain of Astronomy. The only aim is to give students some background, to raise questions, and to provide for basic knowledge about the sky and the most common celestial objects.
