Among the results obtained in the context of his PhD thesis, Pierre Janin-Potiron has validated by simulation the operating principle of two new fine cophasing sensors: the SCC-PS and ZELDA-PS. The figure (images taken from Janin-Potiron et al. A&A 2016 et 2017) shows the schematic principle of operation of the SCC-PS (top) and ZELDA-PS (bottom). These two cophasing sensors will be tested and compared on the SPEED bench.
