Micro-physics of Cosmic-Ray Observables (MiCRO)
MiCRO is a 4-years research project coordinated by Dr. Silvio S. Cerri (PI) and funded by the French National Research Agency ("ANR"). The goals of the project are to improve theoretical models of cosmic-ray (CR) transport in the Galaxy based on the micro-physics of CR-turbulence interaction, and to pinpoint how these different models relfect onto the associated multi-messenger and multi-wavelength observables (i.e., direct detection of cosmic rays, gamma-ray and radio emission, neutrino fluxes).
